Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary is proud to announce we are celebrating our Platinum Anniversary, making a real difference in the lives of children for 70 years. Today, we ask for your help and support in this wonderful and worthwhile cause.
On Friday, May 19th 2023 the Del Mar Unit of the Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary will host “Hats Off to Children.” By underwriting, sponsoring or donating to “Hats Off to Children,” you will be helping sick and injured children right here in our community. Your involvement will make a real difference in the life of a child. Net proceeds from this year’s event will benefit Behavioral Health Initiatives at Rady Children’s Hospital - San Diego.
Your contribution will be providing hope to children and their families by supporting a range of services for emotional and mental well-being to address the growing need for comprehensive pediatric mental health care. Inpatient services are provided on the main campus and by an extended network of supportive services throughout the county. The Eating Disorders and Medical Behavioral Unit is the only pediatric inpatient unit in San Diego with programs for treating children and young adults and care for those with acute medical/behavioral emergencies, such as suicide attempts, severe depression, anxiety, eating disorders or behavioral health issues.
The Auxiliary is an all-volunteer organization whose mission is to support children through advocacy, community awareness, and fundraising. Your involvement will make a profound impact in our community. Thank you for taking the time to help children and their families in our communities.
